As Founder & MD of consultancy Insight Agents, Sam is a partner to The Human Instinct in the creation and development of insightful with papers and brand narratives. He works with national and multinational businesses, from Unilever to Ipsos MORI, Addison Lee to Ebiquity. Sam’s purpose is to make businesses – particularly technical, scientific, and financial businesses – talk like people and sound human. In April 2018, Routledge published his book Narrative by Numbers: How to Tell Powerful & Purposeful Stories to critical acclaim.
